We have identified the following errors after the maintenance that took place on March 5th, 2024:

- Abnormal UI display on iOS devices
- Surprise Campaign for the opening of the new Main Chapter 21 not running (Resolved at 08:30 UTC)

We are currently investigating the cause of these errors and will do our best to resolve them as soon as possible.

We have confirmed that this issue can be temporarily resolved by reinstalling the game or resetting the data. If you are unable to play the game at this time, please reinstall the game or reset the data.

* How to reset the data: In-game Menu → Manage Account → Reset Game

If you are unable to log back into your original account due to reasons such as not having linked your account, issued a Link Code, or still unable to play the game after reinstalling the game, please contact Customer Support(support@gremorygames.com) with your User ID, Commander Name, and Link Code included, and we will promptly assist you with your problem.

Additionally, as compensation for this error, we have sent the following items to all commanders, so please check your Mailbox.
